फिल्म तैयार करने तथा फिल्म की हैश वैल्यू को सी डी / डी व्ही डी मे रिकॉर्ड करने की कार्यवाही के सम्बन्ध मे  धारा 65 बी साक्ष्य अधिनियम के अनुसार प्रमाण पत्र तैयार करेँ । प्रारूप निम्नानुसार हो सकता है ।

2. The said electronic record was produced by the Our software on computer during the period over which the computer was used regularly to store and process information for the purposes of activities regularly carried on over that period by lawfully authorised persons. 3. During the said period, information of the kind contained in the electronic record was regularly fed into the Our server in the ordinary course of the said activities.

4. Throughout the material part of the said period, the computer was operating properly.

5. The information contained in the electronic record reproduces such information fed into the computer in the ordinary course of the said activities.

6. I am in a responsible official position in relation to the operation of the Computer.
